Manage Product Groups

Creating a Product Group

1. Go to Product Groups
2. Click Create Group
3. Enter group name (e.g., “Heavy Items”)
4. Select products to include in the group
5. Click Save

Editing a Product Group

1. Go to Product Groups
2. Click Edit on the group
3. Add/remove products or change the name
4. Click Save

Deleting a Product Group

1. Go to Product Groups
2. Click Delete on the group
3. Confirm deletion

Using Product Groups with Rates

1. Create your rate normally
2. In the “Product Group” section, select your group
3. Optionally set a rate modifier (multiply rate by X)
4. Optionally add a flat rate addon (add $X to the rate)

How It Works

• Products in groups get their group’s special rates
• Products not in any group get the default “All Products” rates
• Each product can only be in one group
