Manage Rates

Adding a Rate

1. Go to Zones → Select your zone → View Rates
2. Click Create Rate
3. Enter rate name (shown to customers)
4. Choose rate type:
   • Flat Rate: Fixed price (e.g., $10 for all orders)
   • Weight Based: Base price + cost per kg (e.g., $5 +$2/kg)
   • Price Based: Percentage of order total (e.g., 3% of order value)
   • Quantity Based: Base price + cost per item (e.g., $3 +$1.50/item)
5. Set your pricing
6. Click Save

Editing a Rate

1. Go to your zone’s rates page
2. Click Edit on the rate you want to change
3. Update the settings
4. Click Save

Deleting a Rate

1. Go to your zone’s rates page
2. Click Delete on the rate
3. Confirm deletion
